Hello IJB,
We hope this message finds you all well and excited for the upcoming Regional Meetings/RTFs/JB workshops taking place somewhere near you!
As some of you might know CISV Int. approved last year an Organizational Review to be done by an external consultancy (BlueSpark), in order to evaluate and assess the way we currently work as an organization and ways to improve our work. As expected, there are some implications for IJB as well, for this reason we've been asked by some juniors to create a 'Organizational Review for IJB' sort of document that explains and summarize the report and also highlights the implications for IJB.
Your wishes are our commands!
Attached you will find a document put together by your IJRs, please take the time to read it and share it within your local JBs. Especially before you attend Regional Meetings and Regional Training Forums (RTF), since these spaces will be used for further discussion around this topic. What if you are not joining any of those events? not need to worry, approach your NJR, the Regional Team from your region, or us (IJRs), in case you have a question, comments/thoughts/suggestions.
