When resizing my files , 2 were spec'd as needing resize, I got the
Jbase error msg

"MOVE 11tmp.jrf to (FileName) FAILED with error# 5"

on both files...anyone know what this means? (open file?, in use?
locked?)

I am running JBase V 3.4.6.4

You need to read the posting guidelines and provide full information
about your system. However, I suspect that this is Windows and you have
a program that has the file open. Windows won't let you overwrite things
that are opened by other users and jrf MUST be run when nothing else at
all is running within jBASE that is likely to try and do anything with
the file. It is an off-line utility.

Tip: use the command

ERRMSG 5

You REALLY need to read the posting guidelines - PLEASE do so.

The usual problem here is that you have a corrupt file on your system somewhere, or, failing to archive data have caused a file to exceed 2GB. Check your files for corruption using jcheck and fix any errors (you may need to restore).

However, you need ot supply a lot more information for anyone to be able to give a truly useful answer here.
