jbase - Compilation Error - 'link' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Hello,

All,

i 'm using jbase 5.0.2 version .. when i try to compile any pro
grammes i'm getting following error:

and when i try for jSHOW -c prograname
its not at all displaying the .dll files .. i couldn't able to find
out what is wrong with my Jabse.. please any one help for this issue

You need to download and install the Windows SDK:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=C17BA869-9671-4330-A63E-1FD44E0E2505&displaylang=en

Then you will have the compilers and linkers available. Make sure that CL.exe and LINK.EXE are in the PATH list for your install. Start a jsh and see if you can type 'LINK'.
