Only gained 6/10ths of a pound this week. Since I was on travel,
working long hours, eating at restaurants, limited workouts... I am
thrilled with that result. I had a great workout today and plan on
getting back to my resolution this week... working out each day.
Something. Don't always achieve it, but it's a goal.

Gained the 2 #'s i lost at the beginning of the week and then another .
8 of a pound more this weekend. I will NOT bring that Rolo ice cream
into the house again. Or buy a big bag of cheesies for the grandson
and then he goes home and I eat the rest.

And, I officially need to set a goal of working out each day, too. No
more slacking off.

I lost a pound and a half this week with the Jazz It Off program but my body fat percentage does not seem to be going down at all. I really hate it that I have to put my age when using the fat calculating machine. You'd think that I would get credit for being old but it doesn't seem to work that way.
I also seem to be penalized for being a male. I don't like that either.

I've gained and lost the same 3 lbs. for months now. I'm tired of it
and am shaking up workouts and eating to get some momentum and results
that last.

TH must have been reading my mind because he set my bike up on the
trainer in the kitchen before he went to work today. He moved my
laptop onto the counter and logged onto our online cycling club so all
I have to do is choose the workout I want. I tewtally <3 that man!

Poo, we ordered a plate of appetizers which included Spanikopita,
Tyropita, Dolmades, Kefteds, Tzatziki sauce and pita wedges
(translated: phyllo pastry filled with spinach, feta, and herbs; feta
and cottage cheese wrapped in phyllo, stuffed grape leaves; greek
meatballs; and yougurt, garlic and cucumber dip). For dinner I had
the Athenian Kabob (chicken) topped with tomato-onion-pepper relish.
Baklava for dessert of course.

(good thing the menu is online, I never would have remembered all
this!)

I had the same as Christine but I passed on the baklava... was able to
resist dessert but not sure it was worth it!

P.S.: I lost 1.5 lbs. this week... I know I will lose 5-7 lbs. at
Yogaville the last 2 weeks of March -- all vegan food and lots of
activity... and able to control consumption there in the sheltered
lifestyle... but then coming home lean and thinking I have "slack" is
going to be a challenge -- I want to keep the lean this time!

I am in a good place for food. I just wish I could get on that darn
bike.

Christine: the chicken sounds yummy! Baklava is just too sweet for
me ... and guess what our Greek restaurant owner gives us all the
time .... Yep. Baklava.

Yeah on the loss, JIM! And yeah to everyone who's able to keep on a
regimen, whether the result is positive or not so.
