I'm considering something like the emWave PSR for biofeedback
training, learning to relax (raise coherence level) etc. but check
out this toy!

I was never obsessed with Star Wars, but I did grow up when the
movies came out the first time. I would have been utterly
fascinated with this toy.

Any of you want to get this for your kids, and try it? :)

I'm going to look for one for cheap on ebay, craigslist etc.

I would have more stress over the price of the thing...:-) Why not just
learn self-hypnosis? It's easy and free...
Or, find a Buddhist temple nearby and learn to meditate...
You'll have to "learn" how to use the thing. That is, the tool is just an
aid to help you feel the state of relaxation...
If you don't mind spending that much for the toy, I guess it won't hurt,
but, remember, it's just an aid... You still have to do the work...
