JAVAMELODY usage without insertion into a Application WAR

Hi,
I 'm reading the documentation of the product.
I don't know how i can use this product without integration into
application war.
I use the JONAS 4.6 Application Server, i try to modify the web.xml of
the application and i 'm not enabled to use correctly this product.
When i deploy the new war with the new web.xml, i have got a error
because the container of the web.xml file is bad.
I have problems to use many filters in the web.xml file.

It is possible to use the javamelody product without using a web.xml
into the application war ?

Have you any simply procedures (i'm not a java developper) to
implement this solution ?

Hi,

First, JavaMelody is not a product, it is an opensource project.
Then you probably can't use it in JONAS 4.6 without integration into
application war. Sorry.

I suggest to read the user guide as you have probably done:
http://code.google.com/p/javamelody/wiki/UserGuide
and to find help with a java developer if needed.
