pivotal-selenium-rc vs. selenium-rc

Jasmine has moved from using pivotal-selenium-rc (on github) to selenium-rc (on gemcutter). If you are experiencing trouble running ci tasks with the latest version of jasmine, please remove the pivotal-selenium-rc gem and use selenium-rc instead.
