i cannot seem to install JackTrip on Mac OSX 10.6.7

i have jackosx /jack pilot installed, but am not so familiar with the
terminal commands as laid out in the install instructions!

a walk through would be very very very much appreciated!

As an example, if you downloaded and uncompressed it into your desktop,
you type in a Terminal window these three commands:

cd ~/Desktop/jacktrip-1.0.5/bin/

sudo cp jacktrip /usr/bin/

sudo chmod 755 /usr/bin/jacktrip

That's all!

hey thanks,

i was actually able to sort it out, by looking through the forums
(wading through the junk!) and found an install code that someone was
having issues with. i saw where i was going wrong, and rectified. Once
i start testing the system, i am sure i will back to ask for advice/
help!

thanks though - i do appreciate the help

p.s do you know anything about routing with Jacktrip and Max/MSP?

To route audio into or out of max/msp using jack, just select
jackrouter as the audio driver in max/msp. Then it will appear in the
routing window in jack.
