Spreadsheet for Landscape Allocation Process

Dear Colleagues,
Once again on our agenda will be reaching agreement on landscape allocation. Last meeting I began presentation of a spreadsheet on this issue. The presentation was halted by popular disapproval, in part because the spreadsheet was not distributed in advance, but also because the research committee had not made its recommendations.
I continue to believe that the spreadsheet provides a good roadmap to help advance the process of identifying and resolving issues related to landscape issues. It is of course up to the group to decide whether this is a useful tool. In case the group does want to use the spreadsheet, I've put it up on the web where all can study it in advance.-- allocation-issue spreadsheet.
