Anyone know the model # or size of the harken deck organizers. I
need to replace the sheaves.

It's the Harken Small Boat deck organizer. Spec-wise, it should be the midrange series, but they are too big for the space.
Do yourself a favor and get the double stacks (four sheaves vs two) when you replace.
