Blackberry (J2ME) Consultant - Telecommute

I don't have much info on this, but a client wants a J2ME Developer to
do the following:

we want a blackberry icon that opens up an ID card. the id card is
similar to your insurance card but has contact info. it's for
corporate client who are traveling that need to access this info
instead of having the card, since they all have blackberrys, just dl a
bberry icon wants to know the cost and if it's possible to have the
cards customized, same card layout just different info like that
clients name or company

If you know how to do this, shoot me a paragraph and a resume or
portfolio if you have one along with your hourly rate for such work
and I'll pass your info on to them.
