Well, I did not look into the packager-output.xml script, but my guess
is that the dev.java.net site presents a certicicate that is not
valid for the host name.

I'm quite sure that it won't be possible.
Anyway, maybe someone should change the https:://saaj.dev.java.net in
the packager.xml to 'http:'. That URL does not use encryption.
