Awareness program on the 19th of December 09

Dear All,

 

A very gud afternoon. This is to confirm that we are doing the event for the construction workers on the 19th. The session will be Hindi. Since we have not done any sessions after the BSF event in Hindi, we need to practice the same before we reach the venue.

 

So here is the agenda for that day.

 

1. Come to ASHA Foundation at 9 am sharp.

2. Practice the skit and the PPT in hindi- time 1/2 an hour.

3.Vehicle comes to AF by 9.45am.

4. We leave by max 10 am

5. Event begins at 11 am

6.Concludes by max 12.30pm

7. Lunch which they are providing

 

Over all we should be leaving the place by 1.30 max.

 

So kindly be here by 9 am sharp.

 

if new volunteers are willing to come, plz confirm by tomorrow evening max.
