I like the form result sliding in from the side but I also think you could
use the following method:
1. Flip 'card' to other side

As for user feedback while submitting I am partial to the following:
1. DCS (dead center spin) like the BofA app
2. Loading bar at bottom(?) like the SMS within iPhone
