itrs group 垃圾信

最近一個月來，itrs group 上垃圾信有增加趨勢：

之前數年，我處理的方法是：

1. report 該 message:
從 groups.google.com 找到該 message -> "More Options" -> "Report this messaeg"

2. report 發信人:
從 groups.google.com 找到該 message -> "View profile" -> "Report this profile"

3. ban 該發信人:
http://groups.google.com/group/itrs/manage_members

版上 machine learning 與 data mining 研究者也都有 itrs group manager
權限，若無法寫個程式自動化此過程，則大家分攤一下手動處理如何？
