Subject: conversion from ITK-SNAP to SPM readable image
Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide.

I've traced several regions of interest using ITK-snap on a normalized
structural MR scan and I've tried reviewing the masked images using
SPM.  I'm having difficulty lining up the image to the tracings and
I'm a little lost as to what to in order to align the structural image
to the traced ROI.

I've noticed several things: first, the structural image is a float32
file, and when saved using ITK-SNAP, it converts the file into a
uint16 file.  Second, the origin dimensions change as well.  The
structural image is: 79 113 51 and the masked roi's are in 79 95 68.5
Are there ways to convert these in ITK-snap?  Would this even solve
the problem?

Thanks again,

Randall Newmark
