Hi All,
I am new to InsightSNAP. In Step 6 (Run the Snake Evolution) of Section 6 in the Tutorial when I set the step size to be 1 & say iteration 10, and then press the Run button, it continues iterating until I press the stop button. I expected to stop the run after 10 iterations. Also, I don't see any change in the slice/3D panels (i.e. no segmentation is actually happening).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The step size (which you set to 10) sets how many iterations will be performed when you press the "fast forward" button. The "play" button runs continuously.
As far as the screen not updating, that's a bit weird. Actually, the 3D screen does not update automatically, you have to press the update button underneath, or select "continuous update". Are you seeing the bubbles on the screen before you start segmentation? If the bubbles are not changing, try scrolling through the slices, some times the display does not get updated on its own. Another explanation could be that your "speed" image is zero everywhere, so the bubbles do not grow or shrink. Check that you are doing the preprocessing step correctly.
