Hi Paul,

I tried on the following two systems, both with the same results:

a) Ubuntu 12.04LTS 64bit nVidia GT8600 ITK 4.2 , VTK5.10 and Qt 4.8.4

b) Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 32bit nVidia GEForce 9300 ITK 4.2 , VTK5.10 and Qt 4.8.4

I havn't tried it on windows/mac yet. However, when I build my custom code 

to display image with vtkImageviewer2, I can display them without any problems.

Hi,
I download the qtsnap branch from git and built it.
However after installing it when I load a 3D niftii
image, I don't see the slices in the orthogonal views,
However, the number of slices is correctly displayed.
Also the pixel under the cursor seems to be correctly
reported when clicked in any orthogonal views.
 
I loaded the same image in old ITK SNAP (2.2 ) and it loaded fine.
See attached screenshots.
 
Is this a known issue ?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Can you test it out on a
different machine? I wonder if it's a graphics card issue or an operating
system issue. Looks like the OpenGL views are not working.
 
Keep in mind that the qt branch is not ready for prime-time yet
