What about the .NET MVC framework (if anyone has had a chance to get
properly into it)?

Then of course we have the pending arrival of VS2010..!

Mainly mentioning because it's quite high up on my list of things to try and
look at soon(ish)!

Hi,

It's about time we did some more lightning talk sessions, I'm happy to
do one on SharePoint 2010 when I come back from the conference next
week, we could try to get Marcel or Michael to talk about Exchange
2010.

Any else have any recommendations?

I'm with JT and got caught out in Paris the other week. My notebook downloaded an update in the background and JT phoned to let me know when I had reached £600!!!

I was looking at getting the Airtel/VF mobile USB stick to take with me on
our upcoming trip to Spain, so that I could guarantee I would be able to

Couldn't agree more - it's almost painful having downgraded broadband
speed (moved back to 'the rock' last year - had gotten used to
mainland speeds!).

It's also a key piece of infrastructure, and is something which helps
to shape public opinion and beliefs - think about rich content et al.

We should definitely have faster broadband in Jersey..

areas were highlighted as drivers towards job and economic growth.

Even Silverlight 2 is a nice technology for building rich UIs; and it
certainly does have the potential for widespread adoption in the UI
space because the tooling, etc is familiar to existing .NET
