Profs Athreya are announcing a moving sale with the proceeds going fully to
Asha Cornell (http://www.ashanet.org/cornell). The suggested donation for

Friends,
We are leaving Ithaca.
We have many things that we do not need or want to take with us. We would
like to sell them and give the proceeds to ASHA Cornell.
Please stop by at our house 127 Westview Lane from 6-8 pm from Monday June
7th thru June 9th and the Saturday June 12th from 9am to 3pm.
We also need help in getting our donations to the public library and
salvation army.

------------------About Asha Cornell----------------------
Asha -Cornell is a volunteer nonprofit organization, founded in 1993, which
is dedicated to supporting basic education efforts for underprivileged
children in India. While all our current members are from the Cornell
community, anyone is welcome to join.
Asha -Cornell works with partner organizations in different parts of India.
We support a wide range of projects including an orphanage in Karnataka and
after-school environmental education in a deforested part of Rajasthan.
Over the last six years, we have organized fund-raising events to
financially assist our project partners in India. Asha is unique in that we
have no administrative costs and all the funds raised go to the projects we
sponsor in India. In the past, Asha Cornell has also developed science kits
as learning aids for children and built campus awareness about issues of
basic education through numerous lectures and presentations.
