We'll be meeting for 2 hours after school every Monday (2 x approx 18
weeks until June?) and for several days during the April break (or on
consecutive Saturdays) for inventory and training (approx another 20)
for a total of 56 (approx).

We are going to meet 2 hours per week for the rest of the year in the
morning. It will be Tuesday and Friday 7 - 8. There is a trip in
plan and most likely it will be on Saturday. With the upcoming
deployment I predict that I will use the remainder of the hours left.
Estimate of about 60 hours.

I plan on using 1-2 hours per week to train iSquad students. I want to
start training 6th and 7th grade students. I probably won't start this
until the end of March. This will end up to be about 20 hours.

We are meeting three mornings a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
with an occasional extra day if the need arises. I am estimating 50
hours plus the 7 that I have already done making a total of 57
hours.

As Scott said, we plan to meet on Mondays from 3:10-4:30 until June
2nd. Until we get more students we also have the Tech Coach willing to
do an hour a week on Tuesday to supplement what we do. We would need
60 hours.

I plan to meet from now until June 20, 14 weeks, approximately 4 hours
per week. Monday: 3;30 to 4:30, Wednesday: 7:00 to 8:15 am, and
Friday: 3:30 to 4:30. I also plan to meet during lunch on Tuesdays
and Thursdays. My projection is 50 hours. I would also like to go on a
trip or two between now and June. My objective is to have my iSquad
ready when deployment happens. They will be an invaluable resource in
the classroom.

Right now we use the extended period. I will be using 1-2 hours a week
to extend the time we meet. This will come out to up to 26 hours. We
will probably meet on Tues/Thurs or Mon/Wed - 3:18-4:18.

I'm thinking about Saturdays from 9-12. If I can get the 6th and 7th
graders excited enough to come in early in the mornings, I will then
go with this option. Additionally, the Spring Break iSquad institute
sounds like a great opportunity to rolling this out. I'm also
thinking about using some of the time to take the iSquaders on tech
related trips. I'm anticipating about 50-60 hrs.

I am planning to meet two afternoons after school for two hours, one
day with the girls and one day with the boys. I am also planning a
third meeting to be either after school or on Saturdays. If we meet
on Saturdays will go on field trips or have seminar type training. We
will also be available to assist in deployment of new computers. I
also plan on having students available for assistance during lunch
periods two days a week.
