problema che vedo sempre anche io.  ormai non ci faccio piu' caso
"sembra" che non sfiati, e magari tirando a muerte il coperchio, riesco a
fargli fare blop blop, perche' elimino del tutto i piccoli trafilamenti.  ma
onestamente e' tempo perso.  seguo un procedimento come quello descritto da
Busto Brewers, attivando il lievito mezza giornata prima.
   L'ultimo era "cosi' vitale" che la schiuma di fermetnazione e' arrivata
al livello del coperchio!  e la birra e' venuta bene :)
