For all of you.
For each and everyone of you.
For everybody.
Comments, please.

All three are okay, but my own personal preference or interpretation would
be:
1. ...for all of you (simple and straightforward.)
2. ...for each and every one (note: two words) of you (a little dramatic,
emphatic, poetic?)
3. ...for everyone (okay, but a little bland sounding.)

English as she is spoken (and sometimes written) in the US.
"English as She Is Spoke" is the common name of a 19th century book credited
to Josᅵ da Fonseca and Pedro Carolino, which was intended as a
Portuguese-English conversational guide or phrase book, but is regarded as a
classic source of unintentional humour.
Is "each and every one" a repetition of the same concept?

Thank you Joe.
Any other sentence to that purpose?
Best wishes for a good 2011 to every ICLinger.

Yes, it's redundant, which is why it strikes me as emphatic or dramatic.

You're welcome.

You just say "for you all."

Would it be okay with you if I use your best wishes for 2010 instead? I'd
rather not wait until 2011. :)
Also, I liked your Woody Allen quote in your last message. Another of his I
like:
My one regret in life is that I am not someone else.
- Woody Allen
It would, please do.
I also have lots of wishes for the following years, and some
remainders for the past years.
Just ask.

I am wondering whether his quotations are copyrighted or not.
[At the Academy Awards in 2002, explaining why he was the one
introducing a montage of New York movies] And I said, 'You
know, God, you can do much better than me. You know, you might
want to get Martin Scorsese, or, or Mike Nichols, or Spike Lee,
or Sidney Lumet...' I kept naming names, you know, and um, I
said, 'Look, I've given you 15 names of guys who are more
talented than I am, and, and smarter and classier...' And they
said, 'Yes, but they weren't available.'

Classic Woody.
