Zend e Windows

Ciao a tutti, ho provato ad eseguire un'applicazione che include al suo
interno la cartella Zend su un server W2003.... ottengo questo errore:

Secondo voi cosa sbaglio? E' possibile eseguire Zend tramite IIS con W2003?
