Salve, ho un db di access che contiene alcuni dati che vengono pubblicati su
internet, questi dati vengono scritti in un campo memo di una tabella e poi
passato al server il db....

ho la necessità di sostituire il valore "invio" con il tag "<BR>" qualcuno
di voi mi può aiutare?

Se con "invio" intendi un interruzione di riga puoi usare
quest'espressione in una query di aggiornamento:

Replace([NomeCampo];Chr$(13)+Chr$(10);"<br>")
