From Bhaktivedanta Archives: Pandering to the Ritviks:

We again ask the ISKCON leaders to accept a word of caution: it is well known that the Archives is full of a great deal of long-hidden information that has not been released because it could be problematic for the GBC, BBT and other leaders. As we have been discussing in the ISKCON Inc./DOM series, the Ritvik lawsuits represent a tremendous element of risk for Srila Prabhupada's movement. While devotees never want to think of other devotees as 'enemies', when it comes to lawsuits, one would be foolish not to accept the reality of that designation. Allowing Sravanananda das access to the Bhaktivedanta Archives -- giving him access to closely held information that can be used to advance the Ritvik cause, even by swaying sentiment in their favor, is foolish beyond measure.

If the leaders, starting with Jayadvaita Swami, don't have the good sense to plug this leak in the dam, we can only hope that the devotees themselves will do so, by withdrawing all financial support from the Archives until the Ritvik presence has been routed out, and all questions have been answered by Ekanath das to the satisfaction of the devotees.

the sun editors in recent article, Bhaktivedanta Archives, etc, 3rd to last para, last sentence,  they are saying that the ritviks have new ammo to use against book changes , as if they are not againest book changes also.  The falacy is that only ritvks are againest book changes but that is definetly not the case since many pro guru advocates are against book changes 100%.  Govinda dd told me that only those Prabhupada devotee's not on iskcon salary are against the changes, so basically the vast majority are against.
Why the sun editors separate themselves from book changes in this way is beyond me .

Where did she get her statistics? Does this conclusion even have any basis?

I have corresponded with Sravanananda Prabhu, a personal associate in Detroit during the 80s, after Rocana Dasa started going ballistic, claiming that a horrible "Ritvik" has been voted onto the Bhaktivedanta Archives board of directors. Sravanananda never once said "I am a Ritvik." Simply because he has expressed some appreciation for ISKCON Bangalore's amazing accomplishments and some sympathy for their side of the story regarding the huge, costly ISKCON Bangalore vs. ISKCON Mumbai lawsuit, does not automatically brand him a "Ritvik," and therefore, "an enemy of ISKCON."

I have personal experience that Rocana will publish complete lies, and then when witnesses are brought forward who attest to the fact that they are lies, will refuse to publish such testimony! :-(

Therefore, Rocana's claim that the document in question was "leaked" through Sravanananda may or may not be true, and even if evidence to the contrary is presented to him, he very well might refuse to publish it due to the fact that he has no ethical journalistic standards.

Rocana is right, the ritviks were the first to promote all the important documents such as, the will, the letters, the appointment tape, July 9th letter, analysis of the 1977 conversations, POISON TAPES ISSUE, you name it, we were there first. Not only we were there first, they were banning, beating and killing us for promoting these documents. Rocana's reformers in 1986 excommunicated Sulochana, saying we were offenders to the pure devotees and so on, so they wanted to have us killed for bringing things out, and forwarding documents, and we would have been killed except the FBI saved me. I am going to be on a TV show about this very topic, "Deadly Devotion," on Investigation Discovery (ID) channel, July 2nd supposedly. Yep, even the karmis know that anyone who forwarded documents, was subject to death under the Rocana "reformer" regime. This show is on channel 260 on ATT U-verse here in San Francisco, and should be on their ID web site after that. Yes, anyone who brings out documents, kill em, that has been the Rocana and GBC policy all along, we got it already, and so has the public. ys pd
