I set up a site a good while back when Issuu's supplied embed code was
different, and it achieves what you're after and still works:

I think you also have to set a 'jsonCallback' parameter in the request.

After the call is made there is about a 20-30 sec wait before an error
is returned. However there doesn't appear to be a proper error
response. The 'text' parameter in the error callback function does is
'error' however. In the Firebug console I get this back:

Response Headers

Connection close

Maybe once a day, I'm not sure. What's certain is that your documents won't
be in the index immediately.

Try setting jsAPIClientDomain to [link] (add a 'www.')

Sofia, silly to ask, but would it matter if JS was running on your
server? Try it back with issue.com. or [link]. I was
playing with that script a few days ago and found it very picky. on
the jsAPIClientDomain.

I must be missing something obvious but even the example doesn't work.

The only thing changed is

jsAPIClientDomain: 'de-testes.com'

And it doesn't work. Gives the error:

I'm having problems uploading files via a jquery ajax call. Works fine
from a static HTML form, but I'm getting an error every time with
this. Any suggestions for setting request headers etc...?

While working with the search function to dynamically build an archive
systems I've stumbled across the issue of the serach API's index being
out dated. How often is the index cached, rebuilt or other wise
refreshed.

Using the search below I should be pulling all the documents (first

You have to wait for the viewer to be ready before calling any of its
methods. The way to know when it's ready is by adding a callback function.

When you bring that discussion up internally, please make it clear to
everyone involved that those of use that are using your service (and paying
for account) for professional publications do not want people to be able to
print off even one page, and/or embed the document on their own sites... and
