I just worry (again) that there are too many people trying to suggest
these sorts of meetings. Could we perhaps set up a spreadsheet or
calendar, so that everyone can see when and where activities will take
place? That'll reduce the chance of anyone stepping on anyone else's toes.

Sounds great. We have tons of ideas for lectures and were not able to
find a great place.
Please choose a date you will be able to book a room @ Shenkar (Ruven
asked to make it at the beginning of May), and we will come up with
the agenda during next week, i'm sending a separate email with link to
a spreadsheet for signup.

I'm delighted to hear/see that there's interest in a meet-up, with regular lectures. I would certainly be happy to participate, including as a lecturer.
