I don't have a Fedora 15 system handy, but have discovered intermittent failures of the acos.ispc test on Ubuntu 12.04 but not 11.04. Recompiling ispc with clang ("make CXX=clang LDFLAGS=-lstdc++") makes them go away, which could suggest a gcc bug, but this requires more digging to know for sure what the problem is.
One side note is that the "generic" targets should only be used with C++ output (--emit-c++); when generating regular object files as in the below, you should use a target for a specific CPU ISA. (For your system, I think it's --target=sse4.)
