Support for FLUENT file exportation

I have been successful in producing meshes from X-ray scans, but the
file formats that are exportable are not compatible with ANSYS &
FLUENT softwares. Is there a (freeware) approach to converting these
meshes to a file format supported on ANSYS or FLUENT?
