Hello Cheri,

I was wondering if you would be willing to make a CD of the class that others that cannot attend may buy from you at the enrollment rate?
We would like also to have the information that you are teaching others!
Please let us know! Thanks!

Robin,

I know with past speaking engagements I had to sign paperwork for releasing other audio/video of me.  Since this is UMass's first time, I doubt that they are doing this.  The woman in charge is gone right now and her secretary is handling the registration, but I'm sure she doesn't have the answer.  I can try to find out when she returns next week, but as I said, the info is usually there for audio/video recordings that I sign when I sign the contract with the people putting on the event.

Hopefully the contract does not take away your right to your own presentation materials
that you present to their group.

Some contracts do unless you amend them and keep those rights for yourself.
I hope that is the case and you can retain the copies and sell them yourself for researchers like us.

I am interested if you get this course taped and can reproduce them and sell them.

All the best to all of you on your presentation!
Regards,
Robin Tellis-Pehle
