iScroll Performance on Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4)

I've been trying to set up multiple horizontal scrolling areas. It works fine on iOS and Gingerbread (Android 2.3), but on my Galaxy Nexus the scrolling is agonizingly slow: one full swipe across the screen moves the scrolling area about ten pixels. I've been fiddling with the CSS for about a week and haven't been able to increase performance. I've also tried using iscroll-lite, which didn't impact it at all. I'm thinking it's less a performance issue and more something just not working right. Anyone have any insight?
