Br. Abdullah Ahmed was born here in New Jersey, moved to North Brunswick in
1995. He graduated from Noor-Ul-iman High School in 2007 and went to Tarim,
Yemen to attend a 40 day Deen-intensive program with some of the foremost
Islamic scholars of the world. He graduated from Rutgers with double majors
in Biological Sciences and Middle Eastern Studies. During his last two
years at Rutgers, he was very involved with the RU-MSA and organizing
different events and programs in which they would invite scholars from the
community as well as outside communities to give talks on different
subjects. Insha Allah, this coming January, he will be starting medical
school.
