Can Comment row headers be added to Investigation files?

Can Comment row headers be added to Investigation files?
For example, I would like to add a Comment [Study Name] to the STUDY section such that there is a non-human readable ID for Study Identifier and a human readable ID for Comment [Study Name].

Hi Ari,

Comment[] can be added to the Investigation pretty much anywhere to
add further information to augment a particular section.
To answer your particular need, Comment[Study Name] could be added but
"Study Title" could be used for that purpose or is it not suited for
that purpose?

I need to get back to you regarding your earlier request. We were at
EBI on tuesday visiting ENA to discuss automated submission.
I have prepared templates that I will send tomorrow.
