Around 3000 votes are already in, and while I am not yet sick of counting, I aim, with your help to reach 20,000 before voting closes on 24th December 2007 6pm GMT.
Please forward the attached letter to as many friends as you know. This is NOT a way for me to collect e mail addresses, but a way to promote this years collection of incredible albums to as many people around the world as is physically possible in as cheap a way as possible. There are some great links on the website of Celtic origin as well as adverts concerning Celtic Music etc. Feel free to browse
I will keep you updated from time to time until voting closes.
Many thanks for voting and warm regards from the Wind and Rain Lashed Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Any feedback is greatly appreciated

Free Atonement movie passes!
We have free movie passes for a special screening of Atonement for Thursday, December 6, 7:30 p.m., at the Landmark River Oaks (2009 W. Gray). Based on Ian McEwan's novel Atonement (Winner of the WH Smith Literary Prize, National Book Critics Circle Award, and Los Angeles Times Prize for Fiction), the story of love and war, childhood and class, guilt and forgiveness -- with repercussions that are felt through the chaos and carnage of World War II and into the close of the 20th century. In the film, fledgling writer Briony Tallis, as a 13-year-old, irrevocably changes the course of several lives when she accuses her older sister's (Keira Knightley) lover (James McAvoy) of a crime he did not commit. And if you come in and make a book purchase, we have some cool Atonement pens and notecards, too! We also stock the paperback of Atonement (Anchor; $14.95).
