I wanted to restart this idea. Ulster has a team in place, we just
need teams from Muster and Leinster to start. Maybe Connacht can field
a team as well?

I think you might be alone on that...sign up for Leinster instead now that you're living in the Big Schmoke.

Well Connacht can either draft in a vaguely eligible ringer or
forfeit a board. It's up to them. :)

Daniel is going to play for Connacht aswell so our team will be me,
Daniel Paraschiv and John Gibson.
