Reminder: Meeting Wednesday this week

Hi all,

Thanks again to everyone who volunteered at the Lego event, it was a huge success with your help.

I just wanted to remind everyone that we are meeting on Wednesday from 6-8pm this week. After that meeting we will decide which night works best for students and mentors.

If you do alternate between Tuesday and Wednesday, would you please keep in mind that St. Mary’s has CCD every other Tuesday or on the following dates.   Not sure how many students this effects but in Roger’s case he has piano on Wednesday so if you schedule meetings on CCD nights, this will eliminate him completely.

Perhaps it would be helpful for all of the kids to bring a list of their regular evening commitments, to make sure that as many people can be accommodated as possible.  Granted, the kids probably don't yet know their spring sports practice schedules, but perhaps the schedule can be revisited once those are available.

Jimmy cannot attend the meeting tomorrow night because of hockey practice . It's usually on Wednesday night, leaving Tuesday open for him. But starting this week, the hockey schedule appears to be changing . So I'm not sure what night is best for him now. Adriene Moore Sent from Yahoo! Mail for iPhone

Justin Crowley is only able to make Tuesdays through mid March.  Switching between Tue and Wed works for us.  That way he will make at least 3 meeting during that time period.  Karen Crowley
