Subject: Touch Interactions
Thought I would share this list. I captured iPhone inputs and their
possible resulting action (depending on what app you in). Does anyone
know if all of these interactions are supported in Safari? And,
specifically, can we change the relationship (Can Single Tap execute
Zoom Out instead of Select)?

Single Tap
        - Select

Double Tap
        - Zoom In
        - Zoom Out

Flick
        - Scroll Up
        - Scroll Down

Swipe
        - Change Pane
        - Delete

Tap & Hold
        - Activate Layer
        - Stop Moving List

Drag
        - Move List Up/Down
        - Moves Layer (Tap & Hold)

Pinch
        - Zoom In

Unpinch
        - Zoom Out

Double Finger Double Tap
        - Zoom Out

There's also double-finger scroll, which scrolls an embedded frame or
div.
