Trying to develop for my iPhone has been painful after the experience
I'm used to with Firebug. Last night I reached my breaking point and
decided to port Firebug to the iPhone, only as a remote debugger so
that you can actually use Firebug on your computer and have it
communicate with the phone.

You can read more and install it here:

I'd love to hear what you guys think and if there's anything I can do
to make this into the best iPhone development experience you can
imagine.

Very cool!

I don't have python set up on my server, and I'm reluctant to try it
on my mac yet, but I'm going to get this running tomorrow somehow ;-)

Are you going to be at www.iPhoneDevCamp.com on Friday? I'm in charge
of the Hack-a-Thon and I'd love you to demonstrate this tool to
everyone there.

Cool. I managed to hack FireBug Lite int working last night:

It's not perfect though.

I will give your app a go it sounds like the way to go.

It would definitely make sense to have things viewed on the computer.
