The way I did mine... I ran the page in safari(PC) pressed <alt><Prt
Scr> and pasted into MS Paint. If your app is 320x416, they will
accept that size too.

I noticed that Safari (mac) won't let you resize the window smaller
then 393px, so I wrote a quick script that let's us see our app in a
properly sized iframe.

Check out iframer.php in our WPhone app.

That might help. :) Just tweak it for your own needs.
