Need some API or sample code

I am working on twitter application,from past 2 days i am searching in google,i did not get that, i need some API's to do twitter on iphone. Is there any specific API or sample code to do.

Please if any know (have) share with me.

It’s a cocoa wrapper for Twitter’s API and is supposed to work on the iPhone as well as on Mac machines.
