It appears that the trig and log functions have been fixed, but the
SOLVER is still broken in version 3.1.4. Solving for an unknown
usually returns <Not a Number>.

Hi Don,
You are worrying me, 3.1.4 works fine with me (including the solver).
Can you tell me the sequence that leads you to "not a number" ?
Thanks, cheers,

Hey Don, do you have something I can reproduce the problem with?

I am also having solver problems using a version of "time value of money".  I have used this solver program for a couple of years. Byron, would you like the listing?

Hi Jim,

If you could attach the tvm raw file, and example variable values to make it fail, I'll take a look.  Thanks!

Sorry for the false alarm. All appears to be fine in 3.1.4 once I
cleared out the invalid numbers in the storage registers introduced by
versions 3.1.2 or 3.1.3.

I'm glad this problem seems to be solved, but will continue to look at
it.

This seems to be working now.
