Buttons missing?

I somehow enabled a "mode" in my 42s app that has replaced the top row of buttons with extra display lines. How do i get it to go back to "normal". I can't access any of my programs without the top row of buttons!

Hello, you can swipe the LCD upward with your finger... Sorry, there should be more documentation...
