for those who want to try other bluetooth dongles other than the
recommended ones, here are others that also worked.

but too bad, i now got 4 dongles from 2 different stores, far more
expensive than the one's from deal extreme, all generic with CSR
bluetooth chip. worse, all 4 dongles have same bluetooth address. all
4 have 00:15:83:15:A3:10. thus giving me a bluetooth name IOIO (A3:10)
when it is detected by my phone.

now i can not try 3 IOIO with bt simultaneously, the phone just
displayed 1 detected bluetooth device. even if 3 IOIO is powered up.
guess i just have to wait the ones from dealextreme.

Don't get your hopes high. Multi-IOIO support is still very flaky. This seems to be related to the fact that currently IOIO listening for a connection and the Android initiates it. While Android tries to connect, it seems to somehow interfere with other connections being used. Reversing the direction of connection is going to require some effort, as btstack currently doesn't support it. Several users including me have expressed interest in adding this support to btstack, so we shall see.

There may be other problems too down the road.

It is possible that leaving proper multi-device support is better left for WiFi. Still not sure what my next steps are going to be...
