Subject: IPO stock question
I'm a complete idiot when it comes to investing so I have a basic
question. I worked for a company that has recently filed to go public but has not gone public yet. I since left the company but was vested in some options. I have recently purchased the options and just received the "proof of purchase" of those options. I would like to sell these shortly after the company goes public. My question is what do I need to do in order to sell these options once the company goes public? Do I need to setup an online account at some place like ETrade or Scottrade or are there other means to sell this stock? Thanks! You must Sign in before you can post messages.
