I'm a complete idiot when it comes to investing so I have a basic
question. I worked for a company that has recently filed to go public
but has not gone public yet. I since left the company but was vested
in some options. I have recently purchased the options and just
received the "proof of purchase" of those options. I would like to
sell these shortly after the company goes public. My question is what
do I need to do in order to sell these options once the company goes
public? Do I need to setup an online account at some place like ETrade
or Scottrade or are there other means to sell this stock? Thanks!
