We've Reduced the Price to 14 Million net to owner NON NEGOTIABLE for
fast sale, owner will not accept any offer even 1 Dirhams less than
that and he actually rejected an offer for 200k less..!
Offer valid till end of November only. After that in case not sold
price will return to 15.5 Million, which is the Market Price.
