Hi

I am trying to create role based access in DeepSee II. I have created Resources and assigned for Subject area and created roles and users with required privileges given in documentation.
But when i tried to opened a User portal i found two issues.

Issue I:
I am getting an error "ERROR #5002: Cache Error: <PROTECT>RegisterRecentItem+6^%Library,User.Utils.1*^DeepSee.UserPreferences("Adam","recent","Dashboard","Totalvolume")".where Adam is the user that i created and logged in.

Issue II:
All the dashboards are getting listed. I have two subject areas (Subject area : Wholefoods - 5 dashboards and Subject area: SeaFoods - 3 Dashboards). I created a resource "Foodie" for Wholefoods. Ans assiged that resource to Role(Item)->User(Adam). When i log in as Adam user i should be able to see only 5 dashboards that are related to the Wholefoods, right. But am getting 8 dashboards(Wholefoods and seafoods).  Please help me out to solve those issues.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Antony

Item I sounds to me a like a bug. Please contact the WRC to get a bug
report into the system.

On Item II, you do not mention whether you assigned any resource to
the Seafoods subject area. If you did not do so, by default, that
subject area would be available to all users, and that would explain
what you see. So that is something to look at.
