International Thesis Being Published with on - going edits and additions.

The advent of the Internet, the present confrontation of those who are going to make the 21st Century work, and the continuation of conflicts world wide have all come into full view.  There are increasingly more human choices, but, however, in the mean time, there are  increaisngly limited natural resources.  This is what is being felt, and expressed,  on every major University, College, and Relgious Ordination Institution world wide.  Though some of the Religious institutions, both Christian and Moslem are getting to wraped up in " The End of Days."  Nonetheless, the awareness is here.

As a result: Most of these institutions are starting to qualify the necessity to start communications, and thus enter the Internet - as the prime media, replacing in several social and cultural sectors televised and a cable transmissions as the important media to convey ideas.  Especially within the University educated social, political and cultural sectors who are under the age opf 38 years old.

This is an invitation for you to participate, in as much as you, and your circle of friends and academians are likewise affected too.

Please note the present draft is still in it editing stage, and the central factor for this early or pre-release is a call for suggestions.
