Dear  All,
First of all I salute Mr. C.K. Bhatia Ji  for his good effort made for betterment of surveyor  community.  
secondly I would request all members/Surveyor to appreciate this type of efforts made by any person and  give full support  to such a person to boost his moral. I feel Mr. Bhatia ji is devoting his most of  his precious time for our community, he is also spending his hardened earned money in traveling in each corner of our country ,  filing many petitions to safe guard  surveyor`s interest in court and is fighting with IRDA  and insurance companies. I also feel this great person is also helping our needy surveyors by expressing his valuable suggestions in every critical issues /doubt raised by any  needy surveyor as and when he put on  massage board. I also appreciate his quick response in every matter . I would like to give him a word "Surveyor Keshri" for his good efforts.

    Dear friends,

                           It is nice gesture on the part of Mr. C.K.Bhatia to take this vital issue to IRDA during his recent Hyderabad visit. Council Member s inert attitude is forcing normal member to knock at the door of IRDA to redress surveyor s grievances. By this way Council Members are loosing their importance & respect among the IIISLA members. Mr. C.K. Bhatia was able to impress upon the IRDA about the importance of implementation of Law Commission s recommendations. If Law Commission recommendation is implemented ,the following benefits will accrue to IIISLA members.

 

1. &nbs ;   1. Harmful elements will not be able to pick up bulk jobs in clandestine understanding with corrupt insurance officials.

2.       2.Corporate Surveyors will be under check

3.      3. Employee surveyors will be in great trouble for so many reasons. Firstly, AOA doesn t permit them to become member of IIISLA. Even if they dodge  the AOA & are empanelled in consultation with IIISLA, their own company will not allow them to do the survey jobs for other insurers.

4.       4.Using assistants for survey jobs will be eliminated.

5.     5.  In house survey will be completely eliminated as non members can not do any survey jobs.

6.      6. There will be close coordination between IIISLA & different insurers as Law Commission recommends empanelment needs in consultation with IIISLA State/Unit Chapters.

7.      7. Insurers can not force the surveyors to accept the survey jobs at reduced fees as they need to publish fees paid to surveyors at their web site.

8.       8.Automatically unity will be forged among the surveyors.

      We wish the Council Members will take a note of the efforts made by Mr. C.K.Bhatia & put their own efforts to further accelerate the process  of implementing the Law Commission recommendation by pursuing the case vigorously with IRDA.
